Terms & Conditions

Standard terms applicable to all quotations and interior work undertaken by Lucky Enterprises.

1. The Sq.Ft values mentioned in any quotation are approximate only.
2. After completion of work, measurements will be taken again, this final size determines the price considered.
3. Size is taken as round off: ¼ Ft is considered as ½ Ft, and ¾ Ft is considered as 1 Ft.
4. Prices indicated are only for interior work; repair or servicing will be charged extra.
5. All fittings, hardware, and installation carry a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of handover.

Payments

Payment terms will be shared along with the written quotation for your project and are agreed upon before work begins.

Changes to Scope

Any changes requested to the design, material or scope after the quotation is finalised may affect the final price and timeline, and will be communicated to you before proceeding.
